Atonement

So I was told some thing along the lines by President that if you study the atonement, and have a better testimony, you will be able to teach others to bring them unto repentance...I tried that this morning, and even though the scriptures talked about a little about the atonement, (where I was reading) the Savior was speaking, and he said that he had sacrificed, so that we can have joy and the spirit just hit me.
The power of the atonement is so real, and so great, it is SOOOO important for every soul.
Jesus Christ is so perfect I am so grateful for his endless love, and for his sacrifices. when I am reminding myself who I represent, I remember my Savior, and try to have his same mindset, and even though I'll never understand what he truly went through.
I have a knowledge of some of it and it has helped me have love for his people, I have connected with people that I would have never connected with before my mission. And trying to lift burdens up from people in our ward, or our investigators, anyone who we cross paths with, and I find so much joy! And I know it is only because THIS IS HIS WORK. And I am more effective when I have the Holy Ghost with me.
I can truly feel his love not only for me but for everyone else.
And that Heavenly Father truly has a plan for everyone on this earth and part of that plan is for everyone to accept the Savior and receive God's greatest gifts! And Endure to the End.
I can testify that as we study the atonement, even just a little bit, we will have a stronger testimony of it, and as we have a testimony of it, we are able to teach with the spirit and to bring others unto repentance and be baptized, and help finish the plan that God has in store for each individual on this earth, and for every family.
Our baptism was great! President Harding actually Baptized her!
She wanted to sing one of her favorite hymn's but it was a Baptist one (ha ha) so my comp. and I got it approved to sing it as a special musical number for her and she loved it!
Thank goodness...
There was a ward party that same after noon and it was great turn out we had some investigators there as well, and President showed up to that too-with his son who is 11.
We had four investigators come to church. We are still trying to get more member involved and motivated in the work. It's a slow progress but it's progressing! :)
I miss y'all so much! Thank you for all the prayers!
Funny story- so the Elders had to open up the church for us to fill up the font (cuz we don't have a key) and there were crickets in the water (yes I know #ew) and one of the Elders was trying to get them all out and one cricket kept hopping back into the water every time he got it out its was so funny!!

New companion and a baptism!

My first baptism as a missionary!
Well I am living in Sharpsburg, GA. It is more "in town" than Griffin...and I am still adjusting to my new area.  We walk most of the time, because everything is so close.  Thank you, Cloud Creek Ward, for my plaque!  I love it!

Please write me!

TIme to Transfer!?

Me and Sister Diehl with our humid hair!

Pres. and Sister Harding
Once upon a time there were four sets of missionaries in Griffin ward....then they decided to take one set completely out, which happens to be our set (The Hampton sisters) So my trainer's time is up and she goes home this week...
Then because they are getting rid of missionaries in Hampton,
I get to be transferred too:( I found out yesterday and it hit me like a train ha ha I was not expecting that at all!
I was so sad to be leaving! I still am...BUT I'm excited to see a new area too and to see what my 2nd trainer is like... I'm glad i was "born" in griffin (mission lingo) it's like moving someone that is giving birth that was in one hospital...
to another hospital ha ha ha.....
and so because no sisters will be in our apartment we have to clear literally everything out..And yes I got your package! I love it!
I started hanging pics up and the banner up and made everything "homie" and then they kick me out ha ha ha!
Please tell everyone not to write or send anything for a week!  Until I get my new address!

This Is The Lord's Work

This week was Zone Conference it was amazing and so uplifting!

The Miracles that were shared from other missionaries testified to me that
this is the Lords work and only miracles come from him.

And as we are obedient, we will be led to where we need to be and to find those who are so prepared to hear our message and to hear the fulness of the Gospel.

I absolutely LOVE being a missionary so much!!! In my study today of Culture of Miracles I read Alma 7:23-24. And it talks about how if we
do those things listed  in the verses,
we will be of good works. And it's so true!

They are also Christlike attributes they we can work on to be more like him.
And before my mission I understood that we could be like God,
I just didn't have that vision!

And now that my knowledge has grown so much by being a missionary,
I now have that vision and not only that but I have the vision to
baptize souls to come unto Christ, and help them
understand the importance that it has in life and
that they too can receive God's greatest gift's that he has for us.

And receiving God's greatest gifts, bring us so much joy and so much happiness because it's all apart of his plan and his love that he has for us.

Sister Nation, Sister Berryman, Sister McRae, & Sister Williams

 Hey Family and Friends!

This week was so amazing! I have come to an understanding that using key indicators, everyday is SO important!!! In SO many ways!
We had 6 investigators at church yesterday! Wow!

I love Holidays! So many finding opportunities! I am so grateful for this week.

We also did exchanges with the Traveling Sisters, I learned so much from Sister Huntsman! She is great! I love Sister Diehl as well she is so patitent and kind and I will with out a doubt miss her so much when she leaves this month!
I LOVE MY AREA SO MUCH!!!

My love for these people have grown so much! I feel the Savior's love for them which is amazing. And before my mission it was so hard for me to have
a connection with people, that I'm not close to, but because I am set apart, I have a connection with all of these people, and I have so much love for them.

I am so grateful for this Gospel, and for the love that I am blessed with through leaders, and through family and friends.

But mostly for the love from Heavenly Father and the Savior, and I am blessed to be able to spread his love and message to every one!
